Manufacturing
Cognizant LLC has formed a joint venture with Shakti Precision Components (PvT) Ltd in Hosur India to manufacture high quality, precision aluminum die castings. We use modern simulation software to design tools to ensure products meet highest precision and quality, and reduce porosity and imperfections to the minimum amount possible. The latest machining centers we use guarantee high finish and tight tolerance requirements are met.
Our expertise in die cast process allows us to suggest design modifications to reduce die cast tooling and metal costs. We take pride in our involvement early on in the project with customers through Design for Manufacture reviews to provide the best product and process solution to our customers. We also offer a various prototype solutions validate the design and save you time and investment.
